Our average price per sq foot is up $1.76 from February of this year. Our average sold to original list price ratio is 84%. The week of 4/26 had the most homes for sale, followed by this week at 7763, just 3 units difference. The week of 2/11 had the lowest number of homes for sale at 7076. The week of 5/4 had the most units under contract The week of 5/19 had the highest number of sales at 1133. Our lowest number of sales this year occurred the week of 2/16 with 470 units sold.
