Lets take a look at our 30 day snapshot of our  Salt Lake County Real Estate Market! Here are the numbers looking back from 10/3/2011 . As we move into fall we find ourselves with the lowest inventory we have had all year. Our highest number of sales this year occurred ending the week of September 7th with 916 units sold for that 30 day period. We just sold 724 units so we are down from that high but still well above the low point which was at the end of January with 442 units. We had a very strong summer market and overall sales have been very good considering the market as a whole. With 25% of the market consisting of short sales we are still a long way off for any real appreciation.
